A threshold without continuity
Portal of Memory explores the idea of access without resolution.
The installation is composed of fragments and spatial elements arranged to suggest the possibility of passage, without ever fully allowing it. There is no linear sequence or narrative reconstruction.
Memory is approached as a fragmented condition, made of discontinuous elements that resist being organized into a single structure.
The work functions as a threshold: a space that can be entered visually and physically, but that does not lead to completion.
A collaborative project by artists Elena Pelosi and Florencia S.M. Brück.
