A ceramic pen holder and gift set designed by Elena Pelosi as a special commission for Cristofari Italia.

Each element is made of reclaimed clay with a crystalline finish that interacts with light and reveals the depth of the material. Smoky tones of white and peanut move through ochre, green and terra di Siena: the colours are not applied but emerge from the oxides and mineral fragments in the clay, like geological layers in motion.

A research-driven process in which every piece is unique: tones and textures change from one object to the next, in a balance between control and unpredictability, structure and flow.
