Set Design and Curation for Halo Project at Lampo Milano

A light installation exploring perception beyond illumination

Presented at Lampo Milano during Picnic Affair, the Halo Project by Mandalaki Studio transforms light into an experiential medium. Moving beyond its functional role, light becomes a spatial and perceptual element, generating atmospheres through gradients, shadows, and graphic projections.

The installation creates an evolving dialogue between space, color, and interaction, where light defines surfaces and invites engagement. Through precise technological and aesthetic research, the project introduces a new way of experiencing environments—where light is no longer only seen, but inhabited.

The project was curated by Elena Pelosi in collaboration with Maria Abramenko and Carlo Pratis.
