GALA AUCTION
9 August 2026, Marbella Spain

Elena Pelosi’s work was included in the official live charity auction of the Starlite Foundation Gala, hosted by Antonio Banderas and Sandra García-Sanjuán.
On 9 August 2026, Peripheral Visions #14 was presented at the XVII Gala Starlite Occident in Marbella as part of the event’s official live charity auction.
Hosted by Antonio Banderas and Sandra García-Sanjuán, president of the Starlite Foundation, the Gala is an international philanthropic event bringing together leading figures from culture, business and entertainment in support of social initiatives.
The work belongs to Peripheral Visions, a series of eighteen circular pieces originally conceived for the Italian Open Golf Championship 2026. The project investigates perception, movement and the way our experience of a landscape changes according to different points of view.
Peripheral Visions #14 combines white powder-coated expanded metal with a yellow-green field of coloured acrylic. The overlap between the two layers produces an image that changes as the viewer moves.
